    TRUEFAST, which is a fastener supplier to the international automotive industry, has the responsibility to run its business in a long-term and sustainable manner. Our company will be an effective, reliable and stable partner for customers and suppliers, add value and be a secure employer for its employees.

    Tracking and reporting

    TRUEFAST’s integrated management system for quality, environment and work environment defines the way the company operates from its policies and guidelines, to procedures and operating instructions. The management process provides a systematic approach to tracking strategy, goals and ongoing goals. Sustainability information is reported through the company’s various management systems. We have ISO 14001 certification.

    Minimizing sustainability risks in the flow of goods

    There is a built-in way of working together to track and control the main suppliers, making up 90-95% of the total purchasing volume. All suppliers of TRUEFAST are subject to an assessment based on parameters such as codes of conduct, environmental considerations and safety. If it is decided to do business with a supplier after this evaluation, an on-site audit is carried out. This audit includes the management system, financial status, supply and supply chain processes, and supplier monitoring.

    The overall goal of the company in environmental work is to achieve a long-term effective and sustainable job that protects good physical and mental health, offers job satisfaction for all employees and prevents accidents. Incidents are monitored and accidents leading to absenteeism are reported as part of the systematic work environment.

    Continuing education and skill development is a priority. An important value for the company is that all individuals should be equal and treated equally. It is therefore important that everyone feels responsible for combating discrimination and increasing gender equality.

    Our business principles

    Business intelligence is a key concept for the operation of TREUFAST. For us, business intelligence requires, for example, that we take responsibility for our operation, meet the needs of our stakeholders and actively take a stand, evaluate and analyze ourselves, our operation and our business partners.
    TRUEFAST or its suppliers, business partners or other stakeholders may not offer or receive any payment or any other benefit that violates applicable legislation and practices. It is the duty of every employee to act in an unquestionable manner.

    In our operation, we will always comply with laws, rules and regulations that apply in every country in which we operate. If these Rules of Conduct are against mandatory legislation, regulations or other rules, they will take precedence over these Rules of Conduct. If there are no regulations, the principles in this Code of Conduct will serve as guidance.
